We are pleased to announce that, effective May 15, 2009, most of the doctors of Central Texas Heart Center are approved “in-network” providers in the Scott & White Health Plan.  Doctors Gordon Mitchell, Kennon Wigley, Gloria Jean Mays, Marc Schwartz, and Ricardo Gutierrez welcome new Scott & White patients. 

The Scott & White Health Plan has over 200,000 members throughout 34 counties in Central Texas, including thousands in the Brazos Valley.  The Scott & White Health Plan has been highly ranked by plan members, according to the Texas Office of Public Insurance Counsel, and has received a rating of “Excellent” by the National Committee on Quality Assurance.  Regardless of the affiliation of your primary care physician, our doctors are pleased to accept referrals of new patients with Scott & White insurance from all local physicians.
