We participate with many insurance plans (see below) and will bill non-participating plans for you as a courtesy.  However, health plans vary in what they cover.  Therefore, we ask you to be aware of what your health plan covers and your responsibilities for deductibles and co-payments. Please allow at least 7 business days for us to process your Pre-Determination/Authorization for your respective insurances.

We understand that health insurance is a confusing subject and becoming more so with the advent of health care reform. Our staff is available to help you understand your contractual obligations under your individual insurance plan.

As a reminder, for us to accept your insurance we are required by contract to collect from you any co-payments or deductibles that your insurance plan requires you to pay. If you have financial difficulty with a medical bill, please call our patient financial counselor, Kim Savage, about developing a payment plan. We are honored to serve your cardiology needs and hope to continue to do so in the changing regional healthcare landscape.
